Vandals Hit A Dozen Cars Along Road

More Video...

People living along one Lexington road woke up to find their cars vandalized.

Police were called to the 400 block of East Maxwell Street just before five Wednesday morning.

A man living in the area says he went outside after hearing a lot of noise and made the discovery.

The vandals cracked windshields, broke mirrors, and even took some of the mirrors.
Police say a dozen cars were hit.

Sounds like Lexington needs a curfew and enforce it! Too many teens out too late at night to get into mischeif! If a curfew of 10 PM on school nights were enforced, then perhaps this wouldn't happen! But then again, that in a college neighborhood, so perhaps, it was college kids with nothing better to do than to destroy property. Maybe they were getting prepared for the UK game! I hope officiers found out who did it and the judge makes them pay for all the damage! But this is KY where crime is rewarded instead of punished!
