Police Find Stabbed Teen During Traffic Stop

Lexington Police say a teenager may have died overnight, if they hadn't pulled over a car in downtown Lexington. When they did, they found the teen with a severe stab wound.

Officers say they noticed the car going 100 miles per hour on South Broadway near High Street. They found a 19-year old in the car, with a stab wound to the neck.

The stabbing happened at a trailer on Imperial Avenue, off Newtown Pike.

Police arrested 19-year old Eduardo Alvarez.

Police think the stabbing stemmed from an argument over a girl.

Crimes like these could easily be prevented if people knew that we are a community that is governed by the rule of law. I'd like to know if both of these individuals are legal citizens. Its time our news agencies start giving us the complete story. More stabbings, more knifings, more home invasions.....our community needs to re-evaluated.
