Former ABC Official Answers To DUI Charge

A lawyer entered a not guilty plea to a DUI charge for the man who once served as chairman and director Kentucky's Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Christopher Lilly resigned last month, after being arrested for DUI on US 27 in Jessamine County.

Investigators say Lilly blew a point one-eight on a breathalizer test, which is twice the legal limit.

Lilly was not in court today.

It doesn't really matter whether he's found guilty or not. If he is found guilty he'll most likely not get any type of punishment. It's a shame that we always hear of celebrities and politicians getting 'arrest' or 'investigated' for this or that. But in the end what do they get--just look a Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan. The judical system is so unfair. Regardless of WHO YOU ARE if you drive under the influence YOU SHOULD GO TO JAIL AND STAY THERE. Think of all the men, women, and children killed by drunk drivers.
