Lexington Teen Recovering After Being Hit By A Train

A Lexington teen is recovering at UK Hospital after police say he was nearly killed by a train Saturday morning.

19-year-old Logan Murry was hit on Rosemont Garden as he was trying to cross the tracks.

A friends says he was returning from a Halloween party when the accident happened.

Murry suffered head injuries and internal damage.

He will undergo more surgery tomorrow, and doctors are optimistic he'll make a full recovery.

While police continue to investigate, the family says they believe this was just an accident.

What a distasteful comment. Perhaps he was, perhaps he wasn't. It isn't your place to judge as someone's son, big-brother, best friend, and grandchild is laying in a hospital bed battling for life. Show some compassion.
