Two Men Die In Crash

Sheriff's deputies say alcohol and excessive speed may have caused a deadly crash early Tuesday morning in Jackson County.

The sheriff says a car driven by Timothy Flannery of Annville ran off Kentucky 1071 north of the Gray Hawk community and crashed through a fence and into a tree.

Flannery and another passenger, Stevie Wayne Roberts, died at the scene.

Three other people were airlifted to the hospital.
