Neighbors in the Mt. Sterling Valhalla subdivision say their cars were broken into last week while they were sleeping.
The neighbors discovered their vehicles broken into to, ransacked and missing items at daybreak.
In some cases the crooks took nothing.
In others, the criminals by-passed valuable electronics and CD's and took a mishmash of odds and ends from cars.
Neighbors say it doesn't make sense to them, some suspect drug addicts, others think it's just a set of roving robbers.
Mt. Sterliing police are investigating the situation.
At this point they have no suspects, or suspect descriptions; mostly because there were no witnesses to the overnight crimes.
