Man Accused Of Trying To Kidnap A Girl Appeared In Court

A man accused of trying to kidnap a girl in Hazard was back in court Thursday.

Court officials say Charles Hitzeman pleaded not guilty to several new charges relating to sexual abuse.

He'll be back in court on December 13th.

    I was at the police station when Charles Hitzeman was brought in that day, after his arrest. He had on a short sleeve shirt and I saw no cuts or broken bones on him. The Hazard City Police did excellent work on this case.

    what happened to this mans arm could he be telling the truth did the cops really give him stitches and beat him they should look into what happened he is innocent until proven guilty did the cops act as judge and jury and beat him that badly i seen some serious injuries in your video of the cops done that then they should be questioned as to the reason he was hurt so badly
