Elderly Couple Robbed At Gunpoint In Home

Police in Nicholasville continue searching this morning, for two men wanted in a violent home invasion.

It happened last night at a home on Foxwood Drive, not far from downtown.

Police say two masked men held a man and his wife at gunpoint, while they took prescription medicine.

Police believe the men are driving a silver Blazer.

    i agre with ralph.we are going to halft to take care of our self. the police canot be every where.they do a good job but some times they are miles away when things like this hampen

    I hope the couple is doing okay!!!It is a sick world when somone robs you for pain med's. I hope they catch these (cant say)and lock them up!!!

    IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS AT THE DOOR TO PICK UP YOUR WEAPON AND WAIT TO SEE IF THEY BREAK IN AND WHEN THEY DO, MAKE SURE EACH SHOT COUNTS. THE TIME IS HERE WHEN THE POLICE CAN NOT DO EVERYTHING. EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO SELF PROTECTION.

    I wonder if these are the same men that were involved in a violent home invasion off of Keene Rd in Jessamine Co. It is getting such that we keep our doors locked and don't answer the door anymore.
