School Bus Crash Leaves Students Stranded

Emergency crews are on the scene in Letcher County where two school buses full of students have collided.

It happened on Route 7 in the Blackey Community. That road was closed in both directions after the crash, but has been reopened.

Our crew on the scene tells us one bus turned in front of the other, which led to the crash.

We're told no students were hurt.

School officials brought in other buses to take the stranded students home.

i'm thankful that the students didn't get hurt, but i believe the bus drivers need to be a little more careful how they drive with our kids in the vehicle. they may not care to put their own lives in danger but they do need to think about our kids safety. is the school system doing any kind of investigation as to why the bus driver done that?
