Heartbreaking Homecoming For Lexington Soldier

Heartbreak for a Kentucky soldier who returned to the Bluegrass to spend the holidays with his family.

Chief Warrant Officer Stewart Lindfors returned home to Lexington three weeks early. He was flying planes over Kuwait when Lindfors found out he'd lost his mother. The same person who supported his decision to serve his country.

Lindfors says mother was to come to Lexington in December to visit his new house. But he also says this Thanksgiving he remembers more than ever what the season is truly about. Lindsfors says he's thankful for the life his mother gave him.
