Laurel County Woman's Death Remains A Mystery

It's been two years since a 28-year-old Jessica Trimmer died after being run over by a truck.

Her parents were told it was an accident, but to this day, they still don't believe it.

Now they're hoping someone who may have seen what happened on Highway 227 in Laurel County comes forward.

Trimmer's parents say her boyfriend at the time, Chris Allen, may have had something to do with her death.

But so far, police have not filed charges against anyone.

We attempted to contact Chris Allen and his attorney, but neither were available for comment.

The state police investigation into Trimmer's death is still ongoing.

Another year has passed and still no charges? The KSP should do an investigation into the investigation. If Post 11 is unable to figure it out, they should bring in people who can. Where is the Commonwealth Attorney in all of this? This reeks of incompetence all around.

Great story, too many unanswered questions from not only the suspect, but also the investigation!
