Charges Are Dropped Against Man For Allegedly Shoving Baby Wipes Down An Infant's Throat

Charges are dismissed in the case of a man arrested for allegedly shoving baby wipes down an infant's throat.

The Johnson County Commonwealth's Attorney says they expect to present the case at the Circuit Court level in mid December.

This after the 60 day limit to indict expired on the district level.

Jonathan Crum was charged with criminal abuse after police found two baby wipes lodged in eight month old Braden Childers' throat in early September.

Police say Crum had been living with Braden's mom, Shauna Childers, for several days before the incident occured.

We're told Crum has since bonded out of jail.

I think that the man should go to jail for a very long time and have the key throwed away or atleast have him tied down and shove baby wipes down his throat... But however for the mother i do feel sorry for because really dont know her story behind the matter... Bless her heart and hope God's with her threw out this mess and she will reunite with her children...

I will never understand why they allow criminals like him back on the street. How do they know he won't try to kill another baby? How do they know he won't actually succeed this time?
