Charges Dropped Against Celebrating UK Fans

Thousands rushed the field at Commonwealth Stadium after the Wildcats knocked off then ranked number one LSU in triple overtime.

Police arrested more than two dozen fans for trespassing that night. Now six weeks later, those charges are dropped.

Officials with the University of Kentucky say they won't press charges against the charged fans.

Some of the students arrested say the University Student Government Assocation helped them obtain attorneys to get thru the legal process before the charges were dropped.

Zatoichi, TWO THUMBS UP! But who didn't see this coming? Before anyone slams the police for being overzealous, they most likely felt at the time that the charges would end up being dismised, but made the arrests to prevent the crowd from turning from celebration to violence.

But, all couches are being held at the Fayette Detention Center lounge for further comfort and relaxation. The urine smell is kind of bad though.
