Broken Thrill Ride Must Go, Park Officials Say

Officials at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom want to tear down a ride where a girl's feet were severed earlier this year.

Kaitlyn Lasitter lost both of her feet when a cable snapped on the Superman Tower of Power in June. Surgeons were able to re-attach her right foot, but her left leg had to be amputated just below her knee. Her family is suing the park.

Lassiter's family says the ride is evidence, but the park wants to tear it down before the next season begins in February.

A hearing on the issue is set for December 14th.

If they don't have all of the evidence they need by now, they probably won't get it in the near future...

I doubt she will loose the case, if they have a deciet lawyer he has already took enough picktures and go enouge witnesses to make the jury cry.

Sure, you tear it down, the evidence goes away and the park has a better chance to "not lose" the lawsuit. DO NOT let them tear it down.
