Another Rally's Restaurant Robbed

Around 9:30 Monday morning, a man robbed the Rally's on Nicholasville Road.

Police say a Hispanic man wearing black pants and a hooded sweatshirt came up to the Rally's, said he had a knife and took two bags of money.

He was last seen headed on foot from the scene towards Surfside Drive.

Just last month, someone robbed the Rally's on Georgetown Street. Police say the man jumped through the walk-up window kicking a clerk in the face and took some money.

Isn't this racial profiling when you state the man was hispanic? Wouldn't it be better if we just say the alleged robber wore pants (specifying black could be insensitive as well) and took some money (specifying bags is insensitive to some older ladies).

Seriously. Robbed them with a knife that the employee didn't even see? And received two bags of money? Sounds shady...
