Accused HIV Robber Appears In Court

A Boyle County woman accused of having HIV and biting a clerk during a robbery headed back to court on Tuesday.

Police say Victoria Spoonamore bit a store clerk during the robbery while screaming she had AIDS.

A grand jury indicted Spoonamore on one count of first-degree robbery.

She was originally charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment, but the indictment didn't mention those charges.

Spoonamore pleaded not guilty to the robbery charge in court.

She is nothing short of an animal. Lock her up and through away the key. Maybe she can volunteer for a testing lab and have all manner of ills bit into her.

Shouldn't there be a few more charges other than just 1st degree robbery, I mean, if a subject aimed and fired a gun during a robbery, knowing that those actions could result in someone's death, then wouldn't there be more charges. Aids is a terrible disease, and to deliberately try to pass it on is hideous.
