Man Accused Of Impersonating Cop Pleads Not Guilty

A Fayette County jail employee pleads not guilty to impersonating a police officer in Clark County.

Ronald Gaunce's lawyer entered the plea on his behalf on Tuesday morning.

The charge comes from an incident last month on Interstate 64 during which, police claim Gaunce used lights and a siren to try and pull over a driver.

Now that we all know the whole story, just one thing I hope you can't sleep at night. One day will come that you need assistance from Fayette Co. Just remember this incident and suffering you caused one of our fellow city workers. All agencys in Fayette work together for one common goal. Your only goal is for self satisfaction. So now the majority of us have come to one goal, Don't cross into Fayette.

After the plea was entered it was determined that someone was impersonating Mr Gaunce's lawyer. Mr Gaunce was not available for comment.
