Accused HIV Robber Arraignment

An HIV positive, Boyle County woman, accused of biting a clerk during a robbery, pleads not guilty in court.

Police say Victoria Spoonamore bit a store clerk during the robbery, while screaming she has HIV.

The 29-year-old is charged with first degree robbery.

She was originally charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment, but the indictment she was in court on today does not mention those charges.
