Rape Suspect In Custody

A Richmond man wanted for rape turned himself in to police just hours ago.

Police say 26-year old Jarrett Masters lured a woman to his home where he raped her.

Another woman also claims Masters raped her last week.

Masters has been charged with unlawful imprisonment, sodomy and rape.

He's being held in the Madison County Detention Center.

Ok so hes allegedly and accused of rape with no proof, yet they play his name on teh news and print it here and his picture. Pretty much everybody decides hes guilty because of this. Even if hes declared innocent or the charges are dropped we still dont have even a 1st name of teh accuser. Also if the accuser drops charges she may face 3-5 for lying yet this man now faces 20-life. I think its obvious that the man is set up to loose especially with another alleged victim sayin teh same happned to her 2 weeks ago yet she just didnt report it. Maybe one of these days people will wake up and name the accuser so she will have to face what she deserves. After all right now its his word against hers and we dont see any credibility from some one with no name.

I believe she was also beaten..She apparently did not know his intentions to rape and beat her even if they were on a date, rape is rape. and what if she went to see him opened the door and walked in if it were opened without knocking if he raped and beat her it is still a crime.

I am glad they got him, it is a terrible thing to have something taken from you, that you are not willing to give. Rape is one of the most violent acts that can be committed on anyone. It is something that I believe you never get over.
