Man Holds Up Two Convenience Stores Within Hours

A busy morning for a man Nicholasville Police say held up two convenience stores within a matter of hours.

Police say the man came into the Circle-K on Edgewood Drive overnight, and asked for change.

When the clerk opened the cash register, the robber jumped over the counter and tried to grab money out of the register.

The clerk then slammed the register on the robber's fingers.

The robber ran off, and no one else was hurt.

Then about an hour ago, the same man robbed the T-Mart on South Main Street.

The suspect is described as a white man with a thin build, between 130 and 140 pounds, standing 5'6" to 5'8" with sandy dark hair wearing a grey hoodie and jeans.

    Kudos to the clerk for slamming the drawer on the robbers fingers. He should have had it slammed on his head too. Work for a living and earn your money like me and most other people do.

    This bull crap is happening everywhere. Heck it is even frickin happening here. Here it is not suprising to hear anything and everything and I am learning that it is not suprising in other areas as well as I am a vivid reader of lexingtion news on line.
