Arraignment For New Year's Eve Murder Suspect Today

A Pulaski County man charged in a New Year's Eve murder will go in front of a judge for the first time today.

Police say John Lester, 30, shot and killed Timothy Miller at a party at Miller's apartment.

Police are still investigating what led up to the shooting.

    Poor man. He has so much to live for outside of prison. Bless him. He must have been saving his own life. He's a good hearted boy. He helps anyone he can. Even little old women like myself. I hate to see this man's life ruined because he may have been set up.
