People Continue to Deal With Frigid Temperatures

Temperatures come up a little on Thursday afternoon, but are expected to dip into the teens again after the sun goes down.

Expect another cold night with temperatures in the upper teens, but the cold is on its way out.

We should see a significant warm-up for our weekend.

Thursday, we found people who were just trying to stay warm . One construction crew we talked to say today wasn't as bad as yesterday, but the wind still made working outside uncomfortable.

The manager on site says he will only call off work if it is below ten degrees or the windchill gets down below zero.

The workers we talked to say the key when it is this cold is to just keep on moving.
