Workers at a Mason County library received quite a shock when they opened a package mistakenly sent to them.

Workers at the Maysville Technical and Community College Library first noticed a hardback book that wasn't theirs.

But once they opened the book, the found some of the pages had been cut out to hide marijuana and a pornographic DVD.

Police think someone meant to send the package to a jail, but mistakenly wrote the library's address.

Investigators do not know who sent the package, but they think they know who was supposed to receive it.

Jay, it seems that anymore prison is a vacation. They get three hot meals a day non stop, they have a dry bed at night, clean prison gear to wear, free dental/eye/ and medical treatment. That is more then the homeless people of the world can say... Heck some hard working tax paying citizens don't even have some of the same luxuries. They have cable and gym time. Then only thing we have that they don't is freedom to look at the beautiful blue sky without a fence or window to break impede our view. Other then that prisoners have us beat hands down anymore... So now how rediculous does Redneck's statement sound to you...!!! Sounds like they have more then we all do as we have to PAY! for these things and THEY are getting it all free...!!! I beleive that is the point Redneck was trying to make not that it would be vacational breeze to go to prison.

now you know all that jail is anymore is a vacaton home so why not have a dvd player if the laws would change so that they had to do their time doing hard labor for nothing but theyre room and board we would be better off

Maybe the book was overdue and they were paying the fine in an unusual way.

So if a package like that came to me i most certainly not let it be known. that would be a belated christmas gift in my mind
