Trial Postponed For Lexington Murder Suspect

We now know when a Lexington murder suspect will go to trial.

20-year-old Brandon Robinson had his trial date changed Friday morning. It was supposed to start later this month, but it'll now start on June second.

Police say Robinson shot David Smith to death on Laredo Drive back in June. Police say Smith was there to re-posses a car Robinson had been driving.

His trial is expected to last four days.

Wow, you kill a man, and it takes a year to go to trial. It will be real surprising if any justice is served in this case. I personally think that he took David's life and in turn his should be taken, but i am sure that will not happen, he will spend the next however many years getting an education, religion, exercise, etc... Of course he deserves all of this, heck he only killed somebody in cold blood. What a COWARD, shooting someone in the back three times, and in the head three times.
