Lead Paint Violation Prompts Recall

A lead paint violation prompts the recall of thousands of wrestler action figures.

More than five thousand of them were manufactured in China by AA of America incorporated.

Officials say surface paint on the figures contains high levels of lead, which is toxic if ingested by children.

No injuries have been reported.

The figures were sold at Dollar Stores and other discount stores around the country between January and December 2007.
