Vandals Target Franklin County School Buses

Some vandals put a wrinkle in the start to the school day in Franklin County on Friday morning.

Workers at the west-side bus lot on Bondurant Drive in Frankfort came in to work, only to find half their buses with flat tires.

Officials say it looks like someone removed the caps from the tires, letting the air out of them.

Drivers then had to use buses from the bus garage on the other side of town. We're told all students did make it to school on time.

Officials are still investigating the incident.

Fred; You had it easy bud. We had to cross the freezing rapids, in all that cold spray just below the waterfall, on rubber stilts. Never could find two the same length. But, we did have fun. Even more when it was really cold and ice chunks would come down the falls.

I WOULD MAKE THE PROUD PARENTS OF THESE MORONS USE THEIR PERSONAL CARS TO MAKE THE BUS RUNS

Yeah that's not a legit comment as no one uses the word whippersnappers any more nor the whole story about walked barefooted up hill both ways in blizzards. But as far as the Kids that did this the media has just provided once again the not needed information for them to not only hit the buses at school but now at the bus garage

That's the trouble with these young whippersnappers. Back in my day, we didn't have no fancy-schmancy "school busses". We walked barefooted uphill both ways in blizzards to get our edumacation, AND WE LIKED IT!
