Lexington Man Arrested For Raping 14-Year-Old

A man is behind bars in Jessamine County after police say he raped a 14-year-old girl.

19-year-old Antoine Boulware faces first degree rape charges. He's being held on a $25,000 bond.

Nicholasville Police say the rape happened at the victim's home, and Boulware was a friend of her family.

Boulware was on probation for an armed robbery that happened in Lexington last year.

I feel for the child! He being the age is is no matter what its still rape! NO means NO! I'm like others why did they let this man into their house and wasn't the parent watching the action between the two involed! Kids today dont understand their action and what might become of it! And anyone over 18 is a adult and should have know better to start with!

I can not believe some of these idiots claiming it's this fouteen year old's fault in some way.It makes not a (edited) if she was ok with sexual activity- if she said no at ANY time, and he forced himself on her,it's RAPE.How dare this 'observer' say 13 and 14 year olds are 'asking for it' by how they dress! That's absurd!Kids that age are niave!-So,in your warped opinion,if a 14 year old is on the beach in a bikini, and she gets raped,it's HER faut, because these rapist dont have self control!?I,too, have a 15 year old daughter I've raised to dress modestly and to have respect for herself. From what you posted,if some girls aren't blessed enough to have a good mother/father to teach them to be modest(-not dress like a nun either!),it's the girls' fault some (edited) rapes her?Do you even KNOW this girl to call her a tease? That's so uncalled for!I hope nothing ever happens to your daughter and those words come back to bite you on the (edited).I'd forgive after I did away with him if this were my baby!

Everyone is quick to jump to conculsions. I thought we were innocent until proven guilty. I agree with some of the others but we don't have the whole story. Some of the girls that are 13 and 14 are very sexually active today. We have let our girls dress very provactive for young girls. I'm not saying that this was right or wrong on either part. Yes he was wrong to have sex with a 14 year old girl. How do you know she didn't particpate and then got caught and cried rape. I have children also and watch them closely with other people. Why did her parents leave them alone. We need to stop judging people and wait until all the facts are known. I can only be glad I serve a merciful and just God and I'm not judged by the people in our society today.

I know many little 13 and 14 year olds that run around "asking" for it.He was wrong to force himself on her. YES I HAVE KIDS! I make sure my daughter dresses and acts right. She has been taught, as well as her brothers, the proper way to socialize. He needs locked up forever. But what about the little tease and her parents? Is it right that she can go around leading men on and then cry rape? JB...yes we are supposed to forgive. But you make it sound like he took a piece of candy at the corner store.God is forgiving but he also said vengence is mine. You seem to be tossing stones at everyone else yourself...does that make you right? Or does your religion do like alot I have seen...whats right for you don't apply to others. Just Bro. so and so that sits next to you on Sunday morning? Send the girl to a home that teaches girls how to act right. Lock the guy up forever.Because both of them are wrong!

Sure we should be praying for this rapist, while he spends a lot time in jail. It's a shame that he had a second chance and blew it. He deserves to be locked up for a long, long time!

People, yes this 19 year old boy did rape this 14 year old girl but, she gave him expressed consent to engage in sexual activity. When the time was counting down, the girl backed out and said "no". He went against her wishes and raped her. the mother was not home at the time. This is why the boy didnt get further prosecutions.
