Chemical Weapons Disposal At KY Facility Gets Financial Boost

A budget increase, proposed by President Bush, will help the disposal of chemical weapons at Blue Grass Army Depot in Madison County.

The increase commits about 400 million dollars to a program to help with chemical weapon disposal.

Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell ordered a disposal deadline for chemical weapons at the Madison County facility to be completed by 2017. That deadline was approved by Congress last November.

Send this stuff to China. Then they can dispose of it by adding it as an ingredient to their noodles and dog food that they export back to us. The circle of life.
