The lone survivor of a deadly eastern Kentucky triple shooting testified Monday as the murder trial of the accused gunman gets underway.

William Starr, also known as Billy Sartin, is on trial for the 2006 shootings in Martin County.

Defense attorneys claim Starr suffers from paranoid schizophrenia.

The trend for murderers is getting pathetic. They think they can go out and kill and then plead insanity and get off the hook. And the sad part is, it will probably work!!!
