why not just go ahead and legalize marijuana? for one reason, once it's legalized we won't have the problem, you'll be able to tax so much, (there are a couple of honest drug dealers I'm sure) you can't tax yardsale stuff or induvidual craft makers and some who mow yards and such can you? same with selling marijuana, kentucky should be able to bring in some kind of revenue! However I still believe in drug testing employees and that type, but those who smoke marijuana half the time won't work anyways. This should also help out somewhat with Breshear "Indian Giver" taking so much from the schools! Go ahead and legalize it, not nearly as much of our tax dollars will be going to jail and prisons, therefore creating more revenue for Breshear to have. It's going to happen anyways, why not make something from it?
