Teen Building Memorial For Flight 5191 Victims

A Madison County teenager is building a monument in memory of the flight 5191 victims.

49 people died in the August 2006 crash, and now a Brian Huybers is building a memorial as his Eagle Scout project.

Six of the victims were from Madison County. Most of the monument is in the form of a fountain.

Huybers says the monument will cost $25 thousand. He hopes to have the money raised and the monument built in time for the second anniversary of the crash.

Anyone wanting to donate to Huybers project can do so at any People's Bank in Madison County c/o Eagle Scout Flight 5191 Memorial Fund
