A man is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing Monday in connection with the beating death of a Laurel County man.

Jason Wilson is charged with the murder of 78-year-old Tommy Taylor, Junior of London.

I hope he does get the death penalty, if he is guilty. There's no excuse for beating an old man to death! The only problem is that justice will not be served for at least 25 to 30 years from now. The appeal process takes that long & that should be a crime in itself!
