Suspected Shooter Arrested After Hours Of Negotiations

The search ended late Sunday night for a man police say shot his estranged wife while she worked at a fast food restaurant.

Police say they found Clarence Tester at a home in Wolfe County. After negotiating for two hours, police arrested Tester.

On Friday, police say he shot Donna Tester at the Hardee's in Jackson.

She was taken to UK Hospital. At last word, she was listed in critical condition.

Clarence Tester was arraigned on Monday morning. He pleaded not guilty.

He's being held in the Three Forks Regional Jail in Beattyville on a one million dollar full cash bond.
