Cleaning Up From Strong Storms In Southern KY

The cleanup continues in Pulaski County today after strong winds left behind lots of damage on Tuesday afternoon.

The Dabney community was hit especially hard, where two mobile homes were completely destroyed. Surrounding homes suffered minor damage caused by flying debris.

The winds flipped one home nearly fifty feet from its foundation, crushing everything inside.

The storm victims have been picking up piles of rubble all afternoon and anticipate many more days before the scene is cleared.

The National Weather Service think the damage was caused by straight line winds, not a tornado.
