Two Men Are Charged With Engaging In Organized Crime

Two Kentucky men, police say were involved in organized crime, are arrested in Tennessee.

Harlan County Sheriff Marvin Lipfird says a year long investigation resulted in the arrest of Douglas Macarthur Napier, Senior - who is 65 years of age - and Jarrett D. Stepp.

Officials say they believe Napier is the largest single distributor of OxyContin in Harlan County.

The two men are charged with engaging in organized crime.
