Aunt Jemima's Pancake Batter Recalled

Be careful before you whip up that pancake batter.

The Quaker Oats company is recalling some of its Aunt Jemima's pancake and waffle mixes.

The original, original complete and buttermilk complete products may be contaminated with salmonella.

They come in two and five pound boxes with best before dates of February 8, 2009 through February 16, 2009. No other Aunt Jemima, frozen Aunt Jemima or Quaker Foods have been affected.

So far, no cases of salmonella have been reported in connected with this product.

Hmm, either it's WKYT or Quaker Oats, but if my pancake mix was dated the year 2009... I wouldn't want to eat it...
