Accused Restaurant Shooter Pleads Not Guilty To Assault

A man accused of shooting his estranged wife at a Hardee’s restaurant was in court today in Breathitt County.

Clarence Tester is accused of shooting Donna Tester as she worked at the Hardee's in Jackson back on February 29th.

Police later arrested tester in Wolfe County after a couple of hours of negotiation.

He has pleaded not guilty to assault. He's being held in the Three Forks Regional Jail in Beattyville on a one million dollar full cash bond.
