What is Beshear's main malfunction? Doesn't he think that the smoker's have paid enough taxes? How about the one's that buy liquor? How about a tax for them? How about raising the price of a can of beer to $4.00? That would slow them down. I hate to say it, but the nation may be getting rid of Bush, but Kentucky will have Beshear. He's not going to tax the one's that need taxed or haven't been taxed, he's going to tax the ones that have already been taxed unjust because they smoke. Besides this getting old, it would take true intelligence to come up with an alternate solution to taxing smoker's. What's government going to do when the American people decide they have had enough ? What's government going to do when the American people start reading the Constitution and the fine print? I'm sure Beshear has plenty of college grads sitting around to help solve Kentucky's problems. This is one of them. It's time to start work for Kentucky. "For" being the key word.
