Pitino, Former Wildcats Team Up Over Donuts

Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino plans to bring Dunkin Donuts stores to central Kentucky.

Pitino and two of his former Kentucky stars, Jamaal Mashburn and Walter McCarty, are teaming up for the plan.

Their group plans to open its first Dunkin Donuts in early May, at Main & Rose Lofts on East Main Street in Lexington. They plan to open 17 restaurants in central Kentucky over the next several years.

WOOHOO! That is great news. Can't you just imagine the ad campaigns with 3 basketball people opening "Dunkin" Donuts. Ought to be pretty entertaining.

Fella's, you must have more mony than sense. In the days of $3.50 gas and the way our Guv wants to keep taxing the crap out of us, I don't see you making it selling doughnuts. Just my 2 cents.
