Rally's Robbed At Gunpoint

Lexington Police searched late Thursday night for three men who held up a Lexington fast food restaurant.

Police were called to the Rally's on Nicholasville Road around closing time.

Police say one of the men had a gun and brandished it.

The men ran away after taking cash from an employee.

Police dogs searched the area around the scene but found nothing.

@Me! Location: Ky Taxes are no excuse for becoming a theft. Thats the same as tryon to say some one hit you so you went and hit a complete stranger in return. If taxes hurt so badly go back to school. Youd be suprised how easy it is for a 1st timer to get a GED then enrolle with student loans and grants. If a mexican day labor that doesnt speak english is a threat to your job or livelyhood. Dont blame the mexican.

Things like this will happen even more if something isn't done about the taxes on gas and cigarettes. I understand the government needs to raise money somehow. But to hurt the middle man is not the way to go. It will only put us further under.

Ah well, he probably will not have to serve any time even its he's caught. Governor Steve will think of a reason to let him run free by the time he is sentenced.
