Inmate Mistakenly Released Now Back In Police Custody

The search is over for an inmate from the Fayette County Detention Center, who officials say was released in error.

21-year-old Antoine Gregory Hill was arrested Monday afternoon, and is now back at the detention center.

Police say he was originally arrested by the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms on federal charges of possession, with intent to distribute.

Police say he used another inmate's personal information to trick a jail official into releasing him Sunday.

when they get booked in there pic is on file and when they are released they have to sign papers plus they automatically get an inmate # when booked in, but when he got released and they had to get info off the records on computer didn't they realized his pic didn't match the one that was in the system, sounds to me like someone in the the detention center was very very careless
