Three People Facing Animal Cruelty Charges Head To Court

Three people charged in a massive animal cruelty case in Jackson County are expected to be back in court Monday for a hearing.

Earlier this month, police found more than one hundred dogs in filthy conditions at a home in the Sand Springs community.

Several had died and others were taken to a nearby shelter.

Shawn Embs, Timothy Foust-Robbins, and Aimee Foust now face several counts of animal cruelty.
