One local church is offering open arms to teenage girls that unexpectedly find themselves pregnant.

On May 10th the New Hope Church in Hazard will offer a teen pregnancy clinic with classes on prenatal care, child birth, and breast-feeding.

The church is also collecting baby items for the new mothers.

The clinic will focus on keeping these teen mothers in school and continuing their education after pregnancy.

The hopes to open a pregnancy resource center offering support for mothers-to-be and an alternative to abortion.
