More Charges For A Man Accused Of Killing His Neighbors

A Floyd County man accused of killing his next door neighbors last week has some new charges.

Berry Hall is already charged with two counts of murder after police say he shot and killed Alan and Lisa Tackett outside their home.

He now has an additional four wanton endangerment charges.

Police say it is for the Tackett's four children who were home during the shooting.

Hall is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on all charges Wednesday afternoon.

It's just too bad that the situation came to this. Too bad both sides couldn't come to an agreement before going over the line. No one knows the stress and the emotions that can eat at a person when it is a day in and day out thing. My condolences goes out to both the Tacketts and the Halls. It really it a sad thing.

My heart breaks for those children. That man is heartless, selfish and evil to do something like this. This man sends anger through the tips of my toes. God bless those innocent children who lost their parents.

My heart goes out to these innocent children. They have lost the most important thing to them, their parents. Prestonsburg has over eighty practicing attorneys maybe one kind-hearted will step up and give these little children representation to regain what is rightfully theirs. I know this doesn't bring back the most important, but maybe their lives can be made easier. I think they deserve anything they can receive. Don't you? God bless each one of them.
