President Bush Pardons Kentucky Man

President Bush pardoned 15 people including one Kentuckian and commuted the prison sentence of another.

The president pardoned William Bruce Butt of London, who received three years probation in 19-90 for bank embezzlement.

With about nine months left in his administration, the president has granted 157 pardons.

One name notably absent from the list was star pitcher Roger Clemens.

The FBI is investigating whether Clemens lied to congress about steroid use.
