I think that there is more to this story than wht is being said and i dont believe dwayne or this other guy should be charged for murder, i believe that they were just defending them self...not everyone knows all the facts to this story...so no one should be pointing any fingers here...

as for the comments on the frazier family i feel those who did not know charlie should stay quiet about the whole case yes it will all come out in the end but as long as i take a breath there will never be a good hard working man as him he would do anything for his family near or far he would take his shirt off his back for you and his kids and grand kids were his life as for the police dept. hats off to you for such a fast job getting these two men off the streets, we all know the story but yes justice will be served on the ones that did this ive lived in williamsburg and yes i still have many family members there and yes im also a FRAZIER so i will keep up with this story as it happens uncle charlie maybe gone but for all that reads this he will never ever be forgotten REST IN PEACE CHARLIE this will all be handle the correct way the justice system is on our side

I think that you need to have the facts, the law enforcement in whitley co.is no good and when a man gets death threats and then rearended driving down the road to go to town at midnight and then attacked by 2 males with poles beating him and the passenger, then arrested and jailed for Defending themselves there is a major problem with our justice system and the news half of the story gets printed and half of the story printed is lies.According to the sherriffs office the Fraziers are trouble makers and are trying to justify their personal man hunt that by saying they went to visit a grandchild that had already been given up to it's other grandfather on the other side of canadatown. Now how do they justify being where they where, hmmm I guess we will find out the truth after the trial.

I am a good friend of the Fraziers and I am glad that they have finally gotten Damron. It is a shame that a man can not even see his own grandchild without risking his life. I think that both of the guys should do maximum amout of time for their crimes and the people who are connected to them that was behind the whole deal should be in the same place as them. I also agree that Canadatown should be patroled more. It has such a bad reputation that I won't even consider going down there.

I am just relieved that this would-be murderer is off the streets! I aggree with anonymous that our children are able to get there hands on whatever they want however I disagree that our law officers are the reason, Just look back at the huge drug bust that have taken place this past week!! That is one for the "home Team" No community is perfect, no matter the "man-power" behind it, bad people are everywhere. More caring people should get behind our police and quit being so opposed to them.

To Anonymous: I agree the police need to step up and get these drug dealers off the streets and away from our children. We as parents need to also step up and report the drug dealers and keep our kids away from them. Keep our kids involved in after school activities and most important keep them involved in church! Jesus is our great protector!!!

If they would patrol canadatown area more and get the drugs out of here. This would not be happening. We raise our kids in this community and they can get any kind of drug they want. Who is protecting our children. Its not our law enforement if anything they are letting our children down.
