Indiana Woman Dies In Cynthiana Crash

CYNTHIANA, KY -- An Indianapolis woman died Saturday after crashing into a utility pole in Cynthiana, reportrs the Lexington Herald Leader in its Sunday edition.

About 4:45 p.m., Jamie Amanda Carter was traveling southbound on Main Street when she veered off the road, said Richard Hutchison, a Harrison County sheriff's deputy.

Hutchison said evidence shows Carter, 22, was speeding and had been drinking.

Two passengers were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, reports the Lexington Herald-Leader.

    This was my sister that gotten killed. She was not drunk by the way. I miss her. She has a little girl she was 3 at the time. Pray for her and my family. I love you sis.
