I guess my question is when are the police going to stop turning a blind eye to the situation and actually START enforcing the current laws regarding 4 wheelers? I believe they are allowed to cross public roads and maybe ride one forth of a mile on that road(not miles and miles and usually drunk----those giant coolers arn't full of pepsi)I say arrest these lawless individuals and solve the problem---looking the other way is easier but not safer.

An ATV accident, hear that again deaf law makers? How many more have to suffer? Last summer I saw a legally blind man riding a brand new four wheeler get hit by a car. It was his fault, but the drivers insurance and medicare had to pay the bill. I had been watching this poor blind man pop wheelies and do donuts in the middle of highway 550. He wasn't alone several other total disabled persons were playing hells angels. Of course the sheriffs department drove by, but they just waved and kept on going. That is until they had to work the accident.
