Weather Experts To Tour Sites Damaged By Storms

Members of the National Weather Service are headed to at least one Kentucky county on Monday to try and determine what caused widespread damage.

Surveyors plan to visit sites in Floyd County in the afternoon. That's where storms downed trees, toppled power lines and damaged buildings.

They also have plans to visit Clay County early this week.

The National Weather Service has already determined five tornadoes hit Kentucky on Friday. Four of those were in Clinton County and one in Wayne County.
