Arrests Made When Teen Is Found Riding In A Trunk

Two people in nearby Cumberland County, Tennessee are accused of putting a teen in the trunk of their car because a television set wouldn't fit!

When police stopped the car after getting reports that a child was in the trunk, driver Cory McDaniel told him the TV that was in the back seat would not fit in the trunk, so they put the 16-year-old back there instead.

The 16-year-old's sister, Rhonda Howard, was also in the car and arrested.

McDaniel and Howard are both charged with reckless endangerment.
